Dear Members:

What beautiful weather we have had recently. I hope that the trend holds out for the next few weeks so we can enjoy the upcoming Easter Holiday, then the next week our 2^nd point playday and District 14 Qualifier.

To recap what Lewisville Saddle Club has on our plate in the near future:

April 10                  2^ND Point Playday & District 14 Qualifier

April 12 – 16 Evening Work Week…

This is a “Special Addition” to our calendar.

The Jack Russell Dog Trials are set for Saturday, April 17, and we need your help to get the arena in tip top shape.

With the Easter Holiday and our playday, there was not a weekend left to get much done, so we need any members that would like to get in a “qualified” workday some evening the week of April 12-16, all they have to do is let Michael, Kevon, Suzanne or myself know they are going down there to weed eat. Hint Hint… Weed Eating is our main concern. The grounds need weed eating everywhere.. under bleachers, around fence rows, back in the bull/horse pens, etc…

The bull pens also need all the loose limbs and debris cleaned out.

The Jack Russell group is going to need those pens for a special obstacle course.

Lastly, there is some mowing that will also need to be done, but please if you can weed eat that is our main concern.

If you can work this day in the concession stand it will count as a work day as well. It will already be stocked and ready to go, just need cooks and counter help. I am sure most of you are aware, we have some new families that joined Lewisville Saddle Club this year and we are SO EXCITED to have them, as well as a special WELCOME BACK to all our returning members.
